We reviewed this website against WCAG 2.2 level AA in August 2026. We know that some parts are not fully accessible:

• one video in our news section does not have accurate captions, a transcript or an audio description
• our cookie consent banner and cookie declaration are provided by another company, and we have not yet been able to test them fully
• we have tested this website with the VoiceOver screen reader in Safari, but not yet with other screen readers, so there may be problems we have not found yet

Kneu Health is committed to making this website accessible, in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. “Partially conformant” means some parts of the website do not fully meet the standard. The reasons are listed below.

WCAG 2.2 level AA includes every success criterion in WCAG 2.1 level AA. As a result, the exceptions listed below apply equally to WCAG 2.1 level AA.

The content below is not accessible, for the reasons given.

Content that does not meet WCAG 2.2 level AA

• One video in our news section has only automatically generated captions. These are not accurate enough to count as captions, so the video does not meet success criterion 1.2.2 (Captions, prerecorded).
• The same video has no transcript and no audio description, so it does not meet success criterion 1.2.3 (Audio description or media alternative, prerecorded) or 1.2.5 (Audio description, prerecorded).

We are producing reviewed captions and a transcript for this video, and will update this statement once that work is done.

Content provided by other companies

Our cookie consent banner and cookie declaration are provided by Cookiebot, and the video player in our news articles is provided by Vimeo. We do not control how these tools are built, and we have not been able to test them as thoroughly as the rest of the site. We will keep reviewing them, raise problems with the suppliers, and look for alternatives if they cannot be made accessible.

Parts we have not finished testing

Our August 2026 review used automated checks, keyboard testing, measurement of color contrast and target sizes, and screen reader testing with VoiceOver in Safari. It did not cover other screen readers, such as NVDA or JAWS on Windows. Until we have tested those, we cannot rule out problems that only show up in a screen reader we have not used.

We check accessibility as we build new pages and features, rather than only when we carry out a review, and we update this statement whenever we make a significant change to the website.

This website was last tested in August 2026. Kneu Health carried out the test as a self-assessment, following the W3C Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology (WCAG-EM).

We tested a sample of 22 pages, chosen to cover every type of page, both our UK and US sections, and every interactive part of the site — including our contact and demo request forms, the impact calculator, the news and research listings, and the mobile navigation menu.

Testing combined automated checks with manual keyboard testing, screen reader testing using VoiceOver in Safari, measurement of color contrast from the rendered page, and inspection of the information the website exposes to assistive technology.
